Food System Infrastructure Feasibility Study
Food System Infrastructure is the basic physical and organizational structures that underpin food production, distribution, and consumption. This includes projects like shared commissary kitchens, food hubs, and processing facilities. This study will assess infrastructure needs across the food system in the San Joaquin Valley to better understand which types of facilities to develop and where.
The Study is informed by community members and partner organizations in the Valley to strengthen small farm and food businesses, food system resilience, and regional economic growth. If you are interested in contributing or have any questions, please reach out to Susan Ellsworth, contact below!
