Saint Rest Food to Share Hub

The Saint Rest Food to Share Hub is a place-based initiative focused on supporting new food entrepreneurs in Southwest Fresno. Through shared-use facilities, technical assistance, and training, SREP empowers underserved community members—including mobile vendors and micro-business owners—to start, formalize, and expand food-based enterprises. The program is located at the Saint Rest + Food to Share Hub, which includes a certified kitchen and business development space.

Who It Serves

SREP primarily serves underserved residents of Southwest Fresno, including mobile food vendors, street vendors, and first-time food entrepreneurs seeking to enter the formal economy.

Key Features

  • Shared-Use Kitchen Access – Offers access to a licensed commercial kitchen and storage space for food preparation.

  • Entrepreneurship Training – Provides workshops on business planning, permitting, finance, food safety, and marketing.

  • Technical Assistance – One-on-one support to help entrepreneurs meet licensing requirements and operational needs.

  • Facility-Based Support – Includes onsite coordination, access to food recovery services, and community sales opportunities.
