It is a flexible, needs-based service aimed at empowering small-scale food businesses to succeed and grow.

This program serves aspiring and current food business owners—particularly those from under-resourced communities—who are seeking support with launching or growing a food-related enterprise. Typical participants include mobile food vendors, cottage food operators, value-added producers, and micro-entrepreneurs working across Fresno, Merced, Madera, Tulare, and Kings Counties.
